TRH's attended Windsor & Eton Opera's Performance of Bizet's 'Carmen on the 15th of July

On 15th July (Friday) The Earl of Wessex as Chairman of the Trustees of The Prince Philip Trust Fund for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and The Countess of Wessex attended Windsor & Eton Opera's Performance of Bizet's 'Carmen' at the Farrer Theatre in Berkshire.

According to Get Buck's article, "The WEO has been honoured over the years to have the support of members of the Royal Family including the Duke of Edinburgh and the late Queen Mother". On Friday 15th, it was a Royal Gala Performance in aid of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Trust.

Windsor and Eton Opera is an amateur society based in the Windsor, Eton and Maidenhead areas dedicated to bringing fine music to the valley.  WEO is a registered charity. Founded over 50 years ago in 1962, Windsor & Eton Opera (Formerly Windsor & Eton Operatic Society) has risen from strength to strength, performing a wide variety of opera and operetta, including operas by Verdi, Wagner, Offenbach, Pucinni, Rossini, Bizet, Tchaikowsky, Mozart and most of Gilbert and Sullivan's ever popular pieces.

I recall that back in April 2012 The Countess of Wessex attended Windsor and Eton Operatic Society's performance of "Merrie England" during Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

So far nothing has been shared, if I will be able to obtain a picture I will update this post.
