Both, The Countess of Wessex and The Duchess of Cornwall have created jars. The Countess has teamed up with an artist Ryan Mc Elhinney, to create her dream jar, titled "Innocence". The Countess explained that there are more and more children who are groomed and abused and/or exposed to inappropriate material via the net and it is about keeping them safe from those risks. Sophie said “It is imperative that we shelter the most precious thing we have, our children, from the online presences that threaten to destroy their innocence and happiness.”

With this in mind artist Ryan Mc Elhinney, created a little girl on a swing with the seat being a Giant Keyboard. Below the swing there will be the illusion of a giant hole in the ground depicting the hidden dangers that children on the Internet are exposed too. This piece is being sculpted by a very talented man 3D Eye-Limited. The Countess of Wessex saw the latest progress on her Dream Jar two days ago, when she visited the studio 3D Eye Limited and met the artist. The Countess of Wessex's jar will be positioned outside The Queen's Gallery in London from 19 July - 31 August.

The Duchess of Cornwall's jar will be positioned in St James's Park. The Duchess' dream is that every child learns to read and discovers the lifelong pleasure of books. The Duchess said: “The power of a good story is immense. It starts a voyage of discovery into different worlds that broadens and stimulates our minds. My dream is that every child learns to read and discovers the lifelong pleasure of books.” You will learn more here.

The trail is raising money for Save the Children - international organization that promotes children's rights, provides relief and helps support children in developing countries. It was established in the UK in 1919 in order to improve the lives of children through better education, health care, and economic opportunities, as well as providing emergency aid in natural disasters, war, and other conflicts. It will also benefit a specialist nursing programme supported by Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity. The trail will run from 9 July – 31 August and the jars will then be auctioned in aid of both causes.

Sophie Dahl, granddaughter of Roald Dahl, upon whom the main character of Sophie is said to be based, said: “I am thrilled to be part of such a creative adventure in support of the incredible work of Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity. My grandfather was a great champion of dreams and imagination and I feel he would have been delighted to see his work supporting children in this way.
