Third day of Royal Ascot - Sophie attends Ladies Day

Today was Ladies Day at Royal Ascot and HRH The Countess of Wessex who was present with her father, Mr Christopher Bournes Rhys-Jones, certainly didn't disappoint in the fashion stakes. She was a vision in bright colour, slightly coordinated with HM The Queen's ensemble. The Countess of Wessex wore yet another bespoke hat, by her favourite milliner, Jane Taylor.

And like last year on Ladies Day, HRH has moved on from her to-go designer when it comes to Ascot - Emilia Wickstead, and has chosen bespoke separates by Suzannah. I must say I really love this shade of orange on Sophie, it suits her complexion really well. The unusual shape of hat fits HRH's petite frame. The Countess also presented trophy today, but I cannot find information for which stakes.

As for HM The Queen, she wore Angela Kelly outfit today, mixture of cobalt blue and orange, which appeared to match jockey's outfit, what was very visible when HM presented Gold Cup to Ryan Moore in Honour of the Queen's 90th Birthday
